Owned by Alex Coward who was responsible for the formation of the hugely successful Thyme Restaurant Brand. Alex has re-invented the once popular eatery to past glories; a £250k refurbishment has brought The White Bull back to the forefront of the local culinary scene.
With over 25 years industry experience we feel we know a thing or two about customer satisfaction. Alex has been at the forefront of many successful operations for almost a quarter of a century and his philosophy is simple “Quality above all else”. Our food and service will be informal, but delivered professionally and efficiently and our motto of “affordable excellence will never waiver”

Our food is what we are most proud of, from a traditional great plate of fish and chips or Lancashire Hot Pot to a gourmet treat. We put the same effort in!! Our menus offer something for every palate or every occasion. Family gatherings, business meetings, conferences or more sombre occasions like a funeral as we are only 1 mile approximately from Preston crematorium, we will deliver the right experience.
